For two years, I poured my heart into Lunchroom Hero Heartbeats, creating a movement of kindness and leadership. But life calls us to evolve. As a stage IV colon cancer survivor, I’ve discovered that healing is more than survival—it’s about truly living again.
I will always cherish the incredible people I’ve met and the powerful stories I’ve heard on this journey. Lunchroom Hero Heartbeats will always have a place in my heart, and my Heartbeats Collection will continue. However, my focus is now shifting to Let Us Play, a program born from my own experiences and the deep need for cancer survivors to have a safe space to laugh, cry, and play.
Cancer often steals our sense of play. We become consumed by treatments, responsibilities, and simply "getting through." But what if thriving means laughing, creating, and embracing joy once again?
That’s what Let Us Play is all about. 💛

A positive psychology program designed to help cancer survivors rediscover joy, build resilience, and thrive through creative play. I am currently fundraising $60,000 to bring Let Us Play to more survivors, expand healing retreats, and create accessible programs for those who need it most.
